  The work they performed on my truck was extremely expensive—$1,200, including the wheel alignment. Yet, they had told me they couldn't actually perform the alignment due to the type of tires I have; despite that, they charged me for the service anyway. On top of that, they charged me separately for other work totaling $1,040. After leaving their shop, I visited two other mechanics who gave me completely different quotes—50% cheaper than Tuffy's prices. And even then, the original problem was never resolved; on the contrary, it actually got worse. I called them, and they asked me to bring the vehicle back so they could replace parts based on pure speculation—assuming that *maybe* one of the components was faulty, but insisting I had to swap out several parts just to see which one was the culprit. Spending money based on mere guesswork is completely unprofessional. I do not recommend this place. I'm sorry, but that's the reality of it. I lost a lot of money, and I deeply regret going there. They never actually showed me the damage; they just told me that "maybe" this or that was the issue. I paid up, but that wasn't the case at all. I feel completely ripped off.

  Great guys friendly and informative! They really know their stuff. Prices are very reasonable and the inspection on your vehicle lets you know what coming up to look into for repairs Thanks Guys

  Been going to Tuffy for years, and the staff is always friendly. However, I'm beginning to not trust the quality or honesty of the work done here. I was told to pay to replace a part that they had supposedly just replaced when I was there only a month ago-- which means I either paid $300 for them to not replace said part, or that it was installed so poorly that it was already back in bad condition. They covered it with the warranty after being asked to, but there was additional damage to the car caused by the mechanics' neglect in previous visits. Looking for a new shop, because even though the staff tried to make things right, I wonder if they would have done so if these things hadn't been caught. Parts are insanely overpriced ($~290 for a single headlight) and I would be wary of their business practices, and educate yourself as much as you can before coming here. I hope they improve, I'll miss coming here for car repairs as everyone has always been kind.

  I gave the paper fix my this problem alignment it make a diagnose some other problem and get a $94/ but also I give paper need fixed this program. He said okay. I fixed that problem but sometime he return back give me paper. I diagnose the some more problem like battery like shocks and etc and the get a $94 just to diagnose

  Absolute rip off. Charges double what any other place would and tries to upsell you on everything acting like it’s necessary. Didn’t fix my issue like they promised after paying $750 and when I called them back they said they could fix the wheel bearing for $500. I said that’s way too high and magically they can come down to $270 but I still gotta pay more after getting tricked into a $600 brake job I didn’t need. DO NOT GO HERE ITS NOT WORTH IT Edit: wrong at the time of my appointment the Issue was ABS activating when it didn’t need to. When you told me what needed done I simply asked what would fix that issue and you said the rear brakes needed replaced. As soon as that’s done you say the problem isn’t fixed and I need to do another job for $500. Not honest at all the question was simple the answer was simple and now you’re lying to cover your butt
