  I made an appointment after receiving a flyer for JSN in the mail. I arrived on time only to learn that my appointment was not in the system, apparently, the phone number on the flyer is not the same as the phone number to the shop on tamiami. Despite the confusion, the tech honored my appointment. I didn't wait a very long time and the price for the oil change was better than the chain stores.

  JSN arranged for my truck to be towed late Friday afternoon and they had the fuel module issue fixed following Monday afternoon. Will use them again in the future

  I schedule just an oil change. I have been going there for the last 6 years. While I was waiting in the dump of a waiting room. Somebody drove my car 9 miles adjusted the seat and changed the channel on the radio. The car is new to me and I had things set the way I wanted it.Now.I have to take the owner's manual out and figure out how to get it back to the way it was. I will not be back.

  Great service, speedy, very friendly and thorough. Not pushy about getting extra service. They are not afraid to recommend other service providers if they do not have the capability to do the work themselves.

  If you are searching for outstanding service, and honest advise, JSN Auto Repair of Venice is it! — and specifically Jeff the manager absolutely made me feel as if they were dealing with a family member. Came in for a simple oil change and walked away genuinely impressed. The shop was clean, the staff was friendly, and the service was fast. But what really got me was the HONESTY. Jeff could have easily upsold me on an additional product and I probably would have paid for it without question. Instead, he looked me in the eye and said It wouldn't make sense for me to purchase and preform this service right now since I recently had an engine replacement — and to come back after I put a few thousand miles on it (my next oil change), and we will revisit the product. He left money on the table to do right by me as a customer. That kind of INTEGRITY is rare. I found my mechanic for life. If you're looking for a shop you can actually trust, JSN Auto Repair of Venice is it! I Highly recommend them! If you are searching for outstanding service, and honest advise, JSN Auto Repair of Venice is where youll find it!
