  The communication and service from the Infiniti team in Wallingford are excellent right now. Devyn has brought a level of professionalism, organization and coordination that was lacking in the past at George Harte. It’s nice to visit a shop that you feel WANTS to help you and get your car right as opposed to just swiping your credit card for as much as possible.

  I was sold old tires and I paid close to $2000 for the tires. I got beat and they wouldn’t give me new tires. The service guy was very nice, but the part Supervisor didn’t even wanna talk to me on the phone

  Absolutely THE worst dealership I have ever worked with or purchased a car from. I keep getting messages to do my survey. Are you kidding me? I have already told you how your technician put my life at risk due to pure incompetency, how you service folks were the absolute worst & liars, how I have to deal with my sale/financial guy Carmen, who when I first called, sounded like someone peed in his Cheerios that morning because of his hour commute. Funny, when you’re buying the car, they treat you like royalty. When some that their tags do wrong and their service schedulers fail to tell you things, suddenly, you’re a thorn in their side. I will remain a thorn until I hear from Mr. George Harte. I will never recommend anyone to buy a car from them due to my bad experiences in under six months. I actually told one of the scheduling ladies to have GEORGE HARTE himself call me. That landed on deaf ears. I’m still waiting to hear from him. I could have crashed & died due to such mechanical incompetency. And suddenly two of the service mgr & service liaison are no longer there. George, if you’re reading this, pull up my phone number and be professional as an owner and call me. “You’ve gotta have heart”, right? I’m still waiting. I truly look forward to discussing this professionally so I don’t have to go all over social media and tell the truth of how bad what happened actually happened.
