  Concept is really silly. Right now they offer as a grand opening promo $10 for a "carwash" but it will then go to $40 for the bare minimum. The carwash consists of two young men who spray your car for half a second then you get on a conveyor belt and it takes through a few machines that finish the wash. What I enjoyed about the previous company was that they had cleaners that would clean out your car for you which should be the main attraction. This place doesn't do that. So if I have to clean out my car why in God's name would I drop $40 for a basic car wash when I could go to a machine up the road for $12 that does a more detailed job? Absolutely silly. I went to an ATM to get cash for a tip thinking this was still Slydes Car Wash. Instead all it offers is an overpriced "carwash" with free vacuums. Save your money and do it yourself somewhere else. Doubt this will last very long here.

  Service was great until it wasn’t.. I recently took my 2024 Tahoe through the new Club Car Wash tunnel and was impressed with the new equipment. Unfortunately the equipment worked too well & severely scratched the clear coat on my black car. We’ve been told that there is a massive backlog of claims since opening and it will take a minimum of 15 business days for the claims department to follow up. I do not recommend bringing a newer vehicle through the tunnel until a technician verifies that the mechanical brush arms are calibrated properly. We never had this issue at Slydes.

  I was a member at the previous wash here, Slyde’s which I loved so I was skeptical when something new took over. I was pleasantly surprised with the MVP level wash. The actual wash was thorough and the staff was friendly. At the beginning there were 3 employees eager to spray down my car with the pre rinse. There is a tip bucket at the very beginning but it appeared to be cash only. I recommend adding a QR code for e-tips. The only other thing that was different compared to Slyde’s is that the towels and spray is all in one spot vs. stocked at each bay. I wish they would offer them at each bay for convenience. Instead of a license plate reader for members they have stickers that go right above your registration which I personally really do not like. I do wish they would rethink that system. Overall it is better than others in the area, and I hope that they continue to provide great service.
