After I realized what I agreed to I noticed how unnecessary some of it was. Unless you are good at knowing mechanics and are ready to avoid it all dont come. I understand that you train your people to sell but I can see a bunch of people getting ripped off $340 later

At check out I paid $125 for basic synthetic oil change on a Honda accord. I made a statement about the price being more than I expected. Thomas defensive and sarcastic stating it’s a set price and I could go up the road and be charged the same. Luckily there was a gentleman waiting on his vehicle who witnessed the entire experience. And made a comment about the up-sale attempts and general rudeness. Thomas stated he was fine if he lost our business. Needless to say they lost 2 customers today.
