I knew it was time for brake pads and probably the back rotors since I could hear the wear on the driver side. I'm glad I left and waited for my husband to check himself. There was no wear on either front rotor. The parts from Autozone ended up costing just over $200. Saved myself $800 in time for the holiday season. I would have gladly had NTB replace my brake pads and the rotor that showed obvious wear, but the upsell had me questioning their ethics. I called the following day to bring awareness to the issue and the guy was dismissive and took zero accountability. The new front desk employee (female) was friendly when I initially took the car in, that's the only reason I've selected 2 stars instead of 1.
