I had some brakes replaced recently and my car all of a sudden started to shake and vibrate when I would brake or hit higher speeds. I take it back to them to check the issue and come to find out that they cant remove my tire because the lug nuts are stripped! Like WHAT?! The issue was not happening prior to getting my brakes changed and now it drives WORSE with the new brakes. They are saying that they did not cause the issue when they obviously stripped my lug nuts and forced them back on my hub. This was the issue for the shaking and of course they are not taking accountability and forcing a payment of $180 plus. A bunch of snakes and unprofessional who have no idea what they are doing. This easily could have caused me an accident and its so sickening that businesses still act this way. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST!

I asked them for a report and they just said everything looked fine and they will email me a report. Despite my brakes squealing and grinding they said I can go find somewhere else as it is too much work. These people are lazy and unprofessional. Lastly, they opened my glove box to check the cabin air filter and left all the contents in my glove box all over the floor and passenger seat.
