Justin went to Jess and they said they would drain a couple of quarts, but Kellie the technician stated that the oil looked too dirty to have been recently changed. They decided that the best thing was to just give me a completely new oil change. I travel a lot, but I know whenever I'm in the area I'm definitely returning.

When I went inside, the lobby was clean and warm- which I really appreciated since it was about 42 degrees outside 😅. While I waited, one of the staff members came in to explain a few things my car was overdue for. She took the time to walk me through all my options without pressure and made sure I felt comfortable with the decisions I was making. As a woman, I’m often wary when it comes to getting car maintenance done, but this location and its entire staff made me feel respected, informed, and confident. Great service, great quality, and a great price. I’ll definitely be back!
