Greeted upon entering the building, listened to my needs, test drove vehicles and made a purchase all in one day. Everyone was friendly and helpful in the process. Great experience!

Beth in sales was wonderful and was not pushy at all. She even showed us how all the gadgets worked on the Forester. Shawn in finance was very friendly and super knowledgeable. We love our Subaru Forester and our new Subaru family!!!

Staff is very friendly and polite. They helped get my oil and tires replaced in a reasonable amount of time for a reasonable price. The oil change was honestly less expensive here than it was at other places. Definitely recommend visiting this location for vehicle maintenance.

Since Douglas took over from Jubilee this location had been pretty amazing. But now I've had 2 recent bad Customers service experiences. 1X I went for an oil change a few months ago. Received some heavy pushback for the so called drive up service express. Left and went to Five Star instead. Recently the service manager became abusive and aggressively verbal. It was uncalled for and the other employees agreed and apologized for his behavior. On the local Neighborhood app I saw someone else complain about them for same attitude from the service department manager. I went on and defended them. I regret that now. Douglas I don't know what happened but you need to go and ask Sewell in Dallas about appropriate attire and attitude of your employees. The service team other than manager I believe has change people quite a bit in last year or two. I think I understand why now. There were other issues as well. The GM needs to review the leadership for service department and overall skills around customer care.

I recently purchased a new Forester Hybrid. I wanted to add a few accessories to protect my bumper and cargo area. Since I am a new Subaru owner, I had quite a few questions about the various features on my vehicle. The staff in the service and parts department were very patient and answered all my questions. I will definitely be back when my car needs service and parts.
