I relocated from the Sherman/Denison area to Galveston they have very strict hours are only open until 9pm upon sign up I was told those hours were soon to change they did not! My payment is due on the 1st of the month I am harassed about payment two days prior an every day thereafter. I have contacted the office to let them be aware my payment will be a couple days late and they seem understanding after the call I continue to be bombarded with late fee warnings, by txt and email. Very poor customer service. Never again!
