Normally when you go somewhere with a complaint it is taken care of and that is all. When I had a bit of compound on my car, not only was it removed, but it was then re-polished to make it look as good as possible. They never tried to upsell me, and they went above and beyond to give me options. Please try them out…you won’t be disappointed!!!

It wasn't until I talked to Dan, this franchise owner, that I made my final decision. I was very pleased from the point I walked in to the point I walked out. David helped me check in for my prearranged appointment. After that, Gilbert sat down to talk about PPF. I will be doing that soon for sure. After my tint was installed by Eddie, I went outside to check the final product. Exactly what was requested. A-A Ron (Aaron) then mentioned maybe a sound system for my Lexus. No need for that right now, but I liked that he mentioned it. I felt very well taken care of at this facility. I do not write reviews often, but this place deserved this 5 star for sure. Will be going there again.
