- RBRay BockoverOct 31, 20251.0After bringing my fifthwheel to be inspected overnight, I was informed of some issues. I scheduled to pick it up later that evening. At about 4pm I was able to pick it up and brought it home to open the slideouts. At that time 5:30 I heard some loud racket coming from the bunkroom. The door from the bathroom and bunkroom was not closed and locked. This caused the door to catch on the molding around the slideout and tear it off. The inspection did not reprot any issues with the bathroom door. The next day I stopped at the service desk to discuss the issue. At that point Tawni Gibson the Fixed Operations Director informed that it is the customer's responsibility to check for issues before leaving the grounds. I simply asked if they expected every customer to open all of the slides to see if their inept service people didn't do their jobs. Answer was yes, but after further discussion Tawni said that I could bring the RV back so they could fix it. FYI: always check your RV carefully to see that their inept service people didn't follow proper proceedure.
