- BNBrenda NewAug 23, 20252.0I went into the office to collect my truck which had the door latch fixed and I sat there while the mechanic sat talking on the phone about dove hunting. He didn’t look at me or speak to me. After several minutes I got up and went to check my truck. When I came back into the office the owner asked what I wanted. I told him about his rude mechanic who was still yacking on the phone and he did not apologize for the lack of customer service. Very rude people, I will not use them again.
