I followed the suggestion and not only got no response but was further charged for things that had nothing to do with my rental. Think twice before using enterprise. Plenty of other options out there

That few minutes didn't over (more than 24 hours by now) yet. Meanwhile I called them again 4-5 times but no luck. Finally decided to go with another enterprise branch for my booking.
