They blew off 2 large patches of paint and management claims I am responsible as my truck had “pre-existing damage” and that it was no fault of them or their staff. I get this truck washed once per week and have not lost a speck of paint before. Anyone who knows a thing or two about washing cars or using pressure washers knows can be destructive and should not be held close to the surface of a vehicle.
