This is also the 3rd luxury car I have purchased in 18 months. Audi gave me no swag except for a cheap T-shirt. Disappointing experience when you spend over 100 racks on a car. Nice people, not so great service.

I have always taken my audi here for service from complimentary car wash’s, scheduled maintenance, tire replacements, parts replacements, minor and major issues. Every single visit has always been a positive and pleasurable experience. Everyone is professional, knowledgeable, polite, and a delight to interact with. For this reason, I plan to only purchase Audi’s and service my vehicles here. One of the best decisions I’ve made and will continue to make and I guarantee everyone else will too.

I called on a Friday afternoon after seeing the car I wanted in online inventory. Logan answered and was able to accommodate a test drive 30 minutes later during a limited time window for me. Logan had the car ready to go when I got there. After, he provided lease and financing options with complete upfront transparency on interest rates (which has not happened in my prior car buying experiences)! Rates were very reasonable vs. other dealers I had called. I came back the next day to close, and Logan had all the paperwork ready to go. It took about an hour total before I was able to drive my dream car home. I would definitely recommend Audi Sugar Land and Logan if you are looking at purchasing an Audi.
