They are terrible at communicating ANYTHING and held my trailer for way longer than initially said and on top of that they damaged my trailer and added new things for me to fix. When we dropped the trailer off we saw staff damage other people’s trucks with the forklifts that they use to move the trailers and unfortunately my trailer was added to the casualty list. I’ve tried playing phone and email tag with them and I’m sure they’ll be more than happy to keep ignoring my attempts to get compensation for the new hole they added to my trailer. It’s a damn shame that they’re even allowed to remain in business when they prove time and time again that they’re careless both in how they handle other people’s property and perform customer service. Below is a before-picture that we sent to them because they asked for pictures of the trailer before we brought it in for service and afterwards is the back view of the trailer- glad they asked for the before pictures of different views otherwise they’d be able to claim it was already there 🙄
- MHMa HDec 5, 20252.0CW - Spring needs to do something about the receptionist with the very nasty attitude. I called to reach Finance regarding my warranty cancellation and all I was greeted with was her attitude. Another reason why we traded and bought a new 5th wheel at the Katy location. My call was on 5-12 2025 @4:03 PM.
