The Worst Case of Double Dipping! If you want to burn your $$ bring your car here for service. We brought my 2022 XT4 for an oil change and tire rotation for the 1st time at Sewell Cadillac. We presented them with a coupon from their website showing a 6 quart oil change for $119. Our invoice shows that we paid for 10k mile service- including oil and filter change, rotate and balance tires and multi-point inspection $164.80 AND then they charged us for 6 qts of oil for $66.84, oil filter for $11.84, wheel weights $5 Totaling $248.48 plus sales tax (not applicable on service in TX) $6.90 for a grand total of $255.38 and when they applied our coupon, we saved $7.49 thus we paid $247.89 for an oil change and tire rotation. I called thinking it must be a mistake. Amanda, the receptionist was totally on top of her game, but I spoke to Sophia in Service Cashier who confirmed we were correctly charged and then sent me to my service advisor Robert Rodriguez's voicemail (2nd attempt to speak with him) and then when I asked for management, eventually Bruce picked up and patronize me right off the bat with the how hard invoices can be to read. Personal note, I audited invoices for a living for 4 years. Ultimately the $164.80 was deemed the service charge and didn't actually include the parts needed to provide those services. Maybe he should get some glasses or a thesaurus to look up "including".

I would definitely recommend family and friends to Sewell Cadillac. Though I didn't buy a Cadillac from there, I purchased on their used side and purchased a Grand Cherokee, beautiful SUV and immaculate condition and excellent purchase price.
Andrea was my sales person and she is wonderful, easy going and listens to your needs. In fact, everyone at Sewell was friendly and the front desk ladies, they always had a smile and acknowledge you and quickly had someone assist you.
After weeks of looking for a vehicle that I wanted to purchase, I went to Sewell to test drive my future vehicle. Test drove and it was what I wanted. Andrea, was honest and did mention there was a crack on the windshield and the leather of the dashboard needed to be replaced.
With that said, with prior approval, my windshield and dashboard was going to be replaced. And when the part came in, Andrea gave me a call and they also provided a loaner. Now, what can I say about that, Sewell provided me GREAT customer service and they stood behind their product. I was completely impressed with their service, especially since I didn't purchase a Cadillac, they still did an outstanding job providing excellent service.
Keep up the Great work and I will send family and friends over to you all.

Purchased two vehicles, a new Cadillac and a pre owned. The sales department is always friendly and accommodating. The service department even with a reservation takes 3 plus hours for a battery change out, oil change, etc. Most recently my SUV was seen for an oil change on 10/02/2025 and video inspection and recommendation was a known leaking shocks issue and tire wear and alignment. My under warranty battery died 10/13/2025 and we took it in and had to wait 3 hours and be told 11 days later post oil change and inspection, a long list of new items. Why they were not caught with the oil change 11 days prior was not only concerning but also lost my trust taking my SUV to them any further. If you can not be the specialist I expect you to be with my SUV there is no point in me taking to you for any services going forward. I had all repairs done for the fraction of the cost. T.J. was trying to work on this issue with us but found him to be dishonest as well. Stating the broken motor mount issue was an issue from before when I have all my documentation of service and that is not the case. When you tell me something is broken I will fix it without delay. The beginning of leaking shocks was not 911 for someone who rarely drives and works from home. You failed us and we will voice that to everyone and already promoted the company who fixed the issues brought to our attention 10/13/2025. You had my service from day one with my SUV for all things including a collision rear ended event but done giving you any business. Did not feel valued or taken care of at all. The dishonesty and lack of trust taking care of my SUV and family safety we will no longer be giving them any business.

I’ve had a few cars from a few dealerships across San Antonio over the years, and this one is definitely the best customer service wise. They really take the time to help you out, even long after you’ve made the purchase. Shout out to Bobby for helping me with a QMerit issue recently.
