    In early March 2026, I brought my 2018 Cadillac XTS in for service. The vehicle remained at the dealership for several weeks. During that time, the transmission casing and Bluetooth system were repaired under warranty. The repair process was delayed due to a disagreement between the dealership and Lexus Financial Services regarding labor charges. My service advisor, William, and I also spoke with the service manager, Robert, about this issue. Despite these discussions, no meaningful effort was made to resolve or mitigate the situation at the dealership level. Ultimately, Lexus absorbed the labor cost difference rather than the dealership. This outcome, combined with the lack of cooperation from the service team, was disappointing—particularly given that Sewell operates Lexus dealerships and offers similar extended warranty products. Due to this experience, I do not intend to return to Sewell for future service. I plan to take my vehicle to Cavender Cadillac moving forward. To those with warranties outside of Sewell Cadillac, be wary before taking your car to this dealership.

    I brought my Cadillac CT5 to a Sewell Cadillac dealership for a transmission recall update. The car went in driving perfectly with **no issues**. We also had an oil change done and replaced a few tire pressure sensors. When we picked it up, the car immediately began hesitating to take off and shifting very hard. It was jerking badly something it had never done before. We immediately returned the car to Robert and got a loaner car. The vehicle has now been back three times and stayed for several weeks. We were told General Motors was contacted and multiple updates were done, but because no check engine light is on, they say there’s nothing more they can do. The car still shifts hard, hesitates, and sometimes revs up on its own. It does not feel safe, and it’s extremely frustrating considering it had no problems before the recall. While our service advisor has been kind and communicative, the overall experience has been very disappointing. I bought what was once my dream car brand new when the dealership was Ken Batchelor is now a car I hesitate to drive because it is no longer safe to me to drive. I spoke to TJ Narlock about my concerns when picking up my car for the last time but I feel like I am getting no where because there mechanic is clueless without a check engine light not being on and a computer not telling them the problem. Anyone know what more I can do?

    Another great experience at the service department. The entire process was smooth, professional, and stress-free. A special thank you to Robert Rodriguez for his excellent customer service, he’s friendly, knowledgeable, and made sure everything was handled quickly and efficiently. It’s always reassuring to work with a team that truly cares about their customers. Highly recommend!

    First i have to start with the fact that I NEVER write a review but I felt the need to for this one. We purchased an Escalade from Jacob at Sewell near Christmas and the entire experience was so easy and smooth. Jacob has gone over and beyond since then to help with anything we need. He never has asked me to bring the car in and has always offered to bring a loaner car to us for convenience, which is huge because we have 2 under 2. With that being said he not only takes care of with the vehicle but also knows our kids are the same age and gives me tips and tricks on toys. The customer service he has shown us is beyond my expectations. I would highly recommend Jacob to any and everyone!

    Sewell is so great to deal with. I had made a service appointment with Service Writer Wil Lanier so the ticket was open and ready when I arrived. Got my service done in 40 minutes. Checkout took three minutes and ended with them giving me a Ghirardelli chocolate with my bill. Long version of the story: I had a blowout up in Boerne. I called Michael Henneberry at Sewell because he has been my service writer for years. I quickly learned he has moved to sales but he helped me out anyway. In 30 minutes a mechanic had driven to Boerne and had given me a new tire. He took my old tire back to Sewell where they out a new tire on the wheel. Today's appointment was to put my wheel back on my car. I also needed a new air filter so got that taken care of. With the tire insurance I purchased when I bought my car, I only had to pay the $50 deductible. Sewell has great cars but it's their attitude and their people that makes them a pleasure to do business with!
