  Great company to work with, I had a couple of chips in my windshield and I didn’t want them to spread. They were able to schedule an appointment and contacted my insurance company which made the entire process simple for me. I highly recommend this company for windshield issues. They make it stress-free and simple.

  We recently used Safelite to have a small chip in the front windshield treated. A chip happened from a flying rock due to construction on I35, Dec. 14th 2025 . We called Safelite and they actually took care of the chip treatment at our home in our garage on Dec. 16th!! Eric was very efficient and did a great job! Now this chip will not grow into a crack and is hardly detectable. Thank you to Eric at Safelite located on Landmark, in north San Antonio. And thank you to USAA for covering the charge.

  Took my 2024 silverado in for a back sliding window replacement. Installer damaged my tonneau cover by sitting on it and dragging tools across it. Also installed the window crooked. The manager saw the damage and had me pull the truck back in the building. We both took photos and video of the damages. The same day I took it to their preferred body shop for a repair estimate. Got a second repair estimate as requested. The manager still hasn't moved on doing the paperwork or process the warranty to replace the crooked window. Escalated to safelite corporate customer service. Waiting on a call from the district and quality managers. What a joke.

  Without a doubt, the ABSOLUTE worst service I've ever received. Only a 1 star because theres no 0 stars. In June i had the right rear window segment replaced. I paid my deductible, insurance paid the shop and 3 days after install, it leaked. So i took it back and was told, its warranty work so they'd replace for free. Once again, it leaks so they got approval to replace thr entire back window (slider included) and low and behold, no leak. Whole process took till August going back and forth, dropping off a vehicle and missing work. Im finally done, but out of NOWHERE, 11 December i get charged another $500 deductible!! They swore they issued a refund back in August, but that never happened. I had to cancel my card thinking it was stollen, switch all the automatic payments that were set up and now i have to wait for a refund to be posted...all without so much as a we're sorry, we messed up, or let us make it right?!? Terrible way to treat customers and i wish my bank would stop doing business with them.

  Cindy came on Friday to repair my windshield chip. She didn’t fix anything. The receptionist at the shop didn’t believe me so I spoke with the manager Jose. Jose said he would send another technician on Saturday. Jose also said he would call me Saturday morning and of course he didn’t. I requested after 1pm and the technician, Chris, tried to come at 10:30. He said he would come back later but never did and wouldn’t answer phone calls. I had to get a warranty service and Eric came on Tuesday. Eric said the initial technician Cindy did not do the repair. There was zero resin filled into the crack which was what I told everyone I spoke with but none of them believed me. Eric was able to do a pretty good job filling in the crack. I cannot give this location zero stars which they deserve. You can all learn something about customer satisfaction or lack thereof. Stay away from this company, you are better off using one of those windshield repair tents you find on street corners. Kudos to Eric, everyone else was horrible and I hope your loved ones don’t get treated the way you all treated me.
