Our sales team was Roger Shaw & Cat Carranza. Both Roger and Cat are absolute experts on the products they represent. I’m an old guy and have purchased MANY new and used cars from central Texas dealerships over the years. I have never experienced the amount of attention and product knowledge exhibited by Roger and Cat. We also never felt pressured to BUY NOW or any of that other nonsense which turns off so many people to car dealerships. We took 2 days to make our decision. Roger kept in touch and helped us land a deal that we felt was great. Thanks to Roger and Cat, and the rest of the North Park Team, for the best Subaru buying experience ever!
