- VCVictoria Cavazos3 days ago1.0My husband purchased our family car on August 9th 2025. A couple weeks later my car rang and said that motor oil was low and I needed to add oil. So I went to my local Walmart and got an oil change done. Couple weeks later I get the same message. My husband checked the oil and it had no oil. I went back to the Walmart where I got my oil change. They verified that they did add oil to my car. He also mentioned that they did see oil leaks but couldn't see from where it was coming from. I called North Park Subaru and made an appointment where they could diagnose the problem and I would get a loaner vehicle. A day later they called and said that there mechanics aren't equipment for GM vehicles. I would need to take my vehicle to North Park Chevrolet in Castroville. I did take my vehicle there and needless to say since October I have had multiple loaners and still dont have my car back that we are paying a monthly payment of 720 a month.
- RRRevelingsReviews4 days ago1.0Bought a used Subaru Crosstrek from here December 3rd. Two weeks later I took it to a subaru dealership for routine maintenance and inspection. They found numerous issues that were not disclosed by North Park Subaru. I wrote two emails to the manager at this location to ask for documentation on the inspection and various repairs they did on this vehicle per the carfax report they provided at the date of purchase. I NEVER heard from them. Now I am out almost $3000 in repairs, with thousands more to go on engine and suspension issues they should have reported at the time of sale because it appears they knew about it but cleaned up any evidence to sell the car. I also have received no inspection sticker yet and no one wants to contact me back. I only came here because a friend recommended your dealership but she bought a new car. I gave you an opportunity to make this right. Now I am contacting the Texas Attorney General and Subaru Corporate so maybe one of them can get to the bottom of this before my lawyer does.

We were informed about everything every step of the way! The communication was top tier! We will always go see Miguel and the team for every single service we need going forward! He’s definitely an asset to your team!

Did everything I asked without anything being pushy. the Tec looking at my car took a video and showed while explaining his diagnosis of the issue. Then I got a text with a link that showed the service they wanted to do and prices. The waiting room had snacks, coffee, water, comfy chairs. Really cool also they had windows to the floor where they service your car so you could watch. Fixed my car right up! Replaced clutch fluid for under 150$. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. 10/10
