I loved that I could watch the mechanics at work! There were places to sit to work, relax, or charge a device. The wait was super short, I got a cool video of my car, checked out and was on my way in about an hour! Thanks, North Park Mazda! It was my first time in with my new MX-5, and I will be back!

Since then, she has often observed how her interactions with retail businesses, airlines, and technology companies do not measure up to the high standard she experienced at North Park Mazda.

My only gripe is that the transmission fluid changes there feel very costly and they do not clean the fluid pan/change magnet. just a drain and fill which I didn't like especially for the price of the service. Overall recommend this delarship good service and waiting area. Also ask for Jefferson spesfically. He was very attentive and helped clarifying everything.

Our sales guy was very helpful, reasonable, approachable, sincere, and genuinely such a great person. Our finance manager/officer broke everything down for us and even offered us warranties that were solid and broke that down for us too. We are so.
