My Kia became unrepairable a week before Thanksgiving. I needed transportation as l live in the hill country. I was unsure as to what l wanted to shop for, but started with a Lincoln Corsair. I was put in touch with Mayela Mier, and she started sending me complete descriptions and full pictures of the cars they had. That was so very helpful to someone that couldn't make it to the showroom yet. So l tried to get ahold of a rental car which was not working out at all. I was frustrated once again and when l hung up Mayela called me and said l am coming to pick you up. That took a huge load off of my shoulders. She knew what l was going through and made arrangements to help me. That was above courteous, and so very appreciated. I ended up wanting to look at a 2024 Terrain, which is what she picked me up in. It's a beautiful car, drove well and pretty much what l was looking for, an SUV just smaller than my Kia. We got back to the showroom where l was put in touch with Steve Shelby in finance. He was a huge help, very nice and was absolutely concerned about my ability to take on a car payment. But when we got done l was ok with the deal. Mayela had my car all cleaned up, put gas in it and a beautiful red bow so l could take a picture with my new Christmas present. Thank you Mayela Mier, Steve Shelby, and David Lopez.

The used car part of the dealership was fantastic! Super nice and helpful. Not so much at the service department. There was an issue with the pre-owned vehicle that I purchased this summer that they were going to take care of, but due to my schedule, it took me several months to get it scheduled in. I took the day off work to take it in. When I got there, the service advisor had the personality and empathy of a petrified stump. He told me I would have to leave my car for 2-3 days before a technician would even be looking at the car! He said it needed to be "put in line to be looked at". Ok, then put it in line and call me when it's ready to be looked at and I'll bring it in then, isn't that what scheduling is for? Apparently they don't think so.....

Look, I have dealt with numerous car dealerships over the course of my life. Some good some bad. I've had some encounters that just left me feeling plan taken advantage of. That said, North Park Lincoln is not one of those dealerships. We had an issue with one of their vehicles several months after making a purchase and they absolutely did right in my eyes. They went above and beyond to help diagnose an issue that happened to be a recall problem and even sent the car in for repairs. Most dealerships would have turned a blind eye after the purchase left their lot, but not this dealership. I wasn't the one to make the actual purchase of this car, my family was, but now this dealership has gained a customer. I will definitely be purchasing my next vehicle from North Park Lincoln. Well done staff!

We had been doing online research to purchase a new SUV for several weeks. North Park Lincoln on San Pedro was our only consideration to purchase an Aviator when it came to actually looking at the vehicle. We had looked at several other brands as we had not owned a Ford product before. As we were looking around the lot, we first met Greg Valdez, who was very friendly and outgoing, and who then took us into the showroom where he introduced us to Ricky Tejada. Ricky took the time to ask us what we were looking for in a vehicle, which helped him zero in on the perfect one for us. It was impressive how well he knew the inventory. He took the time to take us over to the parking garage to see several options. Each time we asked him how long before his next customer, he responded he had all the time we needed. And - that has been his constant response each time we came by the dealership. It really made us as buyers feel like he was interested not only in hooking us up with the right vehicle, but was interested in asking us about us and our family. He is a great listener in that regard and that was much appreciated as it helped us fine tune our research mainly by qualifying what our needs were. The showroom was quite busy that afternoon we came in, but Ricky stepped right up and introduced himself and said he would be happy to help us in any way possible. He demonstrated that throughout our visit. We feel Ricky is a tremendous asset to North Park Lincoln. If all future buyers have that same experience they will be customers for life. Thank you, Ricky!

When I walked in the dealership, it was beautiful. Clean, smelled amazing everyone dressed sharp even the mechanics smelled good lol. I was very excited about getting the Nautilus Black Label. It was used so i didn't expect perfection. So when I got my vehicle I was shocked at the level of filth in the car. It looks like someone popped some kind of beverage and all tge buttons are stuck. If I want the AC at 3 I have to hit it 4 X's because again its stuck. There is dirt and old, very old dust that's now caked in. Again I understand it's a used vehicle but this is Lincoln and it's a Black Label edition a little effort could've been made. I've taken it to 4 different detail shops and because of the condition its going be very expensive. I haven't had the car for a month yet and it's already going back to the dealership to get checked because it feels like the vehicle wants to turn off on me between 30 and 47 mph. So please if you buy a used car from here no matter what model it is and how happy you may be to get that car please touch every button and look really good because the surprises im getting are not cool. Lincoln should take better care of us customers. I'll keep ya posted on how it goes with the dealership.
FOLLOW UP...AFTER THE CHECK UP.
Finally about the cleaning yes I was called and told to let them know in a month when I can bring it in and to have a list of items I would like for them to clean. WOW yes they said a month.
Then they check why my car acts like it wants to cut off and jumps all over the place. Well they tried to make me feel ok by telling me that they'll cover the $250 it'll cost to diagnose the issue. Then after 4 days they tell me its a transmission issue and it'll take $5K of my money to fix it. Remember I barely just broke 30 days with the car. Then the smug cold blooded manager of that dealership calls me and basically tells me and I quote "I can have them take half off, should we continue this conversation?" I said no and he hung up. Didn't show the least care for this customer. So here I am with a Lincoln Nautilus Black Label that is going to break down on me anyway now a month after buying it and the dealership doesn't give a danm. I am not seeking fame what I'm seeking for is any help to get my car running like its supposed to. I'm looking for help from anyone with followers that will help not only me but future Lincoln buyers from this dealership. Im also reaching out to the news because this isn't right. Please if you're going to buy a used car from this dealership PLEASE bring a mechanic with you and take your time examining that vehicle because you see what im going through and its only been a month imagine how I'll be treated after a year.
