Where do I start? Michelle Sipsas! Best salesperson I've encountered in a long time. After driving 3 hours from Houston and having the worst experience with a dealership across town from Lincoln, my boyfriend helped me remember I connected with someone the week prior about a similar car so I decided to drop by. No notice, no phone call, just popped up like a stalker ex-boyfriend. Lol I was welcomed with open arms by everyone at the dealership, including Michelle. This dealership is straight out of a Ritz-Carlton advertisement but better! It was very welcoming and warm. They even have a barrista on staff! Michelle checked on the car for me and I thought I was going to have more bad luck because she mentioned someone else was driving it and she thinks it's reserved. Stomach dropped! I had been looking for a Lexus for 3 weeks and I had my check in hand. Every time I put a hold on a car or inquired, the dealership sold it or did something else shady, but I didn't have to worry about that with Lincoln. I think it was all supposed to work out this way and I finally found my blessing. I was able to walk out within a couple of hours with the DEAL CLOSED! Also, as an Army Veteran and consumer, thank you so, so much for working with me in the Finance dept. I'll definitely be visiting in the future and will refer all of my military friends and family :-)

I had an amazing experience at North Park Lincoln, and a huge part of that was Michelle Sipsas. She was absolutely incredible to work with - so kind, patient, and genuinely attentive throughout the entire process. As someone who’s a little picky, I really appreciated how thoughtful she was and how much care she put into understanding what I was looking for. I never felt rushed or pressured. It truly felt like Michelle was focused on finding the right car for me.
The entire team was welcoming and helpful, which made the experience feel easy and stress-free from start to finish. Gil, who helped us with financing, was also AMAZING. He took the time to explain all of our options clearly, answered every question, and made sure we felt confident moving forward.
If you’re looking for a car-buying experience that feels personal, relaxed, and genuinely customer-focused, I can’t recommend Michelle and the team at North Park Lincoln enough.

A five star review for a five star experience. We are beyond thankful for the care and patience Adam Garcia extended to us when we went in to purchase our first family car. Adam took time to answer all of our questions and helped make sure we left feeling comfortable with our purchase. Adam also did a great job of communicating over the days we waited for our vehicle to be serviced and even stayed late to make sure we knew and understood all of the cool features before we drove away. We look forward to the adventures our family will experience in this vehicle for many years to come. I will continue to tell my friends and family about how great North Park and their staff is.

Never had I considered of looking at a Lincoln, but when I went to see Casper and Brandon, they were very helpful in working with me and getting me into a vehicle that worked best for me. When It came time for financing and was introduced to Moe, he worked with me in getting my monthly payment to where it was beneficial to me. He took the time to explain different scenarios for the car that I was interested in. Brandon drove to another dealership to pick up my car and bring it to me and took the time to install and answer any of my technical questions. These guys were awesome and made a Lincoln person out of me...... left the dealership comfortable and understood my purchase and most importantly .... no buyer's remorse.

I could not be more thrilled with my customer experience and my purchase of a 2025 Lincoln Aviator Black Label at North Park Lincoln in San Antonio on December 27, 2025. From the very first moment I met my amazing Sales Consultant, Michelle Sipsas, she made my wife and I totally comfortable and proved she was worthy of our complete trust. Michelle is "on the ball" at all times, possesses incredible attention to detail (which I appreciate immensely since I'm cut of the same cloth) and is delightfully easy-going and personable. She and the entire staff at North Park Lincoln (Chris Robinson her fellow Sales Consultant, Gil Hinojosa the Business Manager, Cece Perez at the Continental Cafe and Mike Barrera the Service Drive Manager) made us both feel welcome and important throughout the entire purchase process (which included an initial meet and greet, test drive, back and forth communication in person as well as by e-mail/text for a few days and, of course, final vehicle delivery). When I made an offer on the vehicle I ended up purchasing, the process was smooth and straightforward and no one at North Park Lincoln attempted to pull any tricks or play any games in response. Gil Hinojosa also did not attempt to pressure me to accept anything I did not want as part of the sale which showed the utmost level of respect for me, his customer.
This dealership is the #1 Lincoln dealer in America by volume for a reason. The staff is honest and trustworthy and the customer experience they offer is second-to-none. If you live anywhere near Central/South Texas and are looking to purchase or order a new Lincoln vehicle, I say North Park Lincoln of San Antonio should be at the very top of your list.
