    Our service advisor, Ivan, just made my wife and I long term customers for life here. Ivan went above and beyond, addressing all needs proactively (predicting customer needs/wants) but also providing full transparency from start to finish, took time to educate us on issues/foreseeable issues, and was super sincere in wanting to help us with every interaction for our most recent service. As I’m looking to buy a new car hopefully from here or at Dominion sister store, he has also gave me full insight to each VIN I provided as to what was done/may be needed based on the service history. Overall, if you want the best experience with a genuine feel that you’re wanted to be taken care of and someone doing every single thing they say they will do, Ivan is 100% the person for you! Thank you again! Can’t wait to come back when we need to do our next service!

I had stopped in briefly a month prior to my purchase and was treated well and was sold on the service before I even picked my new car! From start to finish, he was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely cared about finding the perfect vehicle for us. He answered all my questions, explained every step clearly, and never pressured me into making a decision. The customer service was exceptional, and I left confident and happy with my purchase. I highly recommend asking for Jose Luis Castro and the staff at this dealership if you are in the market for a new or pre-owned car!

    North Park Lexus in my opinion is the best Car Dealership I have ever dealt with. this is my 3rd Lexus and I won't go anywhere else. Rhonda Locke is the perfect saleswoman. Very professional and knowledgeable and thoughtful. Buying a car from Rhonda is like having a party. Huge bows and champagne! Anyone who goes to North Park will feel valued and appreciated, its great!!!

    I had my recently purchased used Lexus NX towed here after it broke down on the highway, although it was a frustrating and stressful situation I received EXCELLENT service! Duane Campos was my service advisor and he took the time to explain everything to me in detail about my car and what they were doing to it, it turned out to be contaminated gas so he took the time to also help me with my claim process with the gas company. He made me feel so much better about my unfortunate situation. Even though I am a young woman I still felt treated with respect. I found them to be very thorough continuing to test drive my car to be sure it was back to normal, and filled up my gas tank before I picked it up when I requested it. I wasn’t planning on taking my vehicle to the dealership for the smaller services like oil changes, but now I only want this dealership to touch my car!
