  The experiance with purchasing a used vehicle at North Park Lexus was stellar. I worked with Cipriano Sierra, who embodies what is clearly the foundation of this team: AMAZING customer service! Cipriano was patient, pleasant and very quick to respond to all questions about the vehicle I was considering. When I met him in person to make the purchase, he just continued with that same demeanor. I was so impressed with his professionalism and knowledge, as well as how easy he made the process. Cipriano had everything ready to go and James assisted him throughout the process. This included the first viewing of the vehicle, a test drive, going through every button and choice on the dashboard, all the way through the finance and business process. It was the best experience I've ever had with purchasing a vehicle. And the entire dealership has that same feeling when you walk in the doors. From the folks who greet you upon entering the lobby, to the last person who ushers you out of the parking spot and waves you on your way in the purchased vehicle, they never missed a beat.

  Our Lexus experience was top notch! Franko’s main concern was that I was going to be happy with the RX 350 I picked out. Before we test drove it he pointed out every feature and benefit, no dealership we had ever visited before did that! We felt like everyone there was extremely helpful and checked on us often to make sure we were being taken care of. I would highly recommend North Park Lexus and definitely ask for Franko!

  I had a very pleasant experience dealing with North Park Lexus. Gregory was a true professional and patiently handled all my questions and concerns from start to finish. Many dealerships were unwilling to work with me because I intended to export the vehicle out of the U.S., but North Park Lexus was transparent, cooperative, and knowledgeable throughout the process. Communication was clear, the transaction was smooth, and I felt confident at every stage. I highly recommend Gregory and the North Park Lexus team, especially to international buyers or exporters looking for a reliable dealership

  A wonderful car buying experience. I inquired about a GX 550 on 12/30/2025. Jay reached out the next morning and confirmed the vehicle I wanted was available. Put down a deposit, completed the credit app online, and completed the vehicle purchase remotely! I was able to purchase a new vehicle for our business and the process didn’t impact our New Years Eve plans. Went to pick up on vehicle on 1/2/2026 and really enjoyed our dealership experience. Jay’s assistant, Manny was awesome! He set up the vehicle of us and showed us more vehicle features than I knew the vehicle came with. All in all a 5 star experience.
