- RLrees lockyer1 day ago1.0These people are beyond rude. I made an 11am appointment 2 weeks ago showed 15 minutes early. I told them I was waiting. The repair was for a previous repair they did that they didn't do right. I left walked around shopped had some lunch and came back at 2 as I hadn't heard anything. My car hadn't been moved. I went inside and asked what was going on why was it just sitting for 3 hours and she told me I was in que. And maybe I don't understand the process. I asked what was the point of the appointment and she said they get busy and there mechanics have to take a lunch. She explained it as if I don't understand that people need to eat. Then she asked me if I saw how many cars were in the parking lot. She acted as if I was stupid. The customer service here is horrible. Pack a lunch and plan to spend the day when you make an appointment and God forbid you ask what the process is. RUDE

I would definitely recommend this shop to anyone including mine or his family. I don't even live in San Antonio and I absolutely love this shop and would use them if I did live there.
