  If you’re looking for transmission service, stop looking and bring your business to Kosub. Finding an honest and trustworthy shop is not easy anymore. This is the shop you can bring your diesel to and not have to worry. The help, attention, service, and education from Patrick and Justin are top notch. I appreciate you both for listening and then explaining the process, what you did, and what you found. You’ve got an easy and earned referral anytime I hear someone that needs transmission work and a lifelong customer the next time I need work or when I start my upgrades.

  I have two ford vans which i count on everyday for my business. Took them both to Gerald and the team. I am very happy with their work any issues i had was resolved immediatly.   I have the dreaded 2019 Ford F150 10 speed transmission that is a well known POS. At 74k miles, it started shifting erratically, and progressively got worse over a few months time. A friend recommend Kosub, so I took it in and expected the worst, an $8000 new tranny. I got a call from Justin the next day, and he explained that it appeared my TCM had lost communication-likely due to loss of power when I had my POS Ford F150 timing chain replaced, which coincided with the start of the rough shifting. Justin explained that when the truck looses battery power, the transmission control module gets scrambled and doesn't know what to do anymore. All that was needed was to clear out and reset the computer, reinstall the factory settings, and it was good to go. I was so relieved that I had them go ahead and do a full transmission service, as it was over due. The truck drove great on the way home with no issues. These guys could have easily told me my tranny was bad and I would have paid 8k for a new one. They were honest and upfront, and that is something you do not find very often. For this reason, I would highly recommend them.

  I’m not one to leave reviews often, and I meant to do this sooner — but better late than never. I want to give Kosub Transmission the praise they deserve for their outstanding customer service and reliable work. I brought my 2004 Chevy Trailblazer in for a transmission rebuild in 2023, and two years later, it’s still running smoothly without any issues. Their honesty, professionalism, and quality workmanship are truly commendable. You definitely get your hard-earned money’s worth. If you’re looking for a trustworthy and skilled transmission shop, I highly recommend Kosub Transmission. I’ll gladly return for any future service needs.
