- VRViridiana Robles4 days ago2.0I came to this car wash and noticed that one of the staff members paused briefly while using the pressure washer, as if they had noticed something, but I didn’t have time to ask if there was an issue. When I exited the car wash, I realized that my front license plate was missing. I immediately informed the staff, and they were very kind and tried to help me look for it, but they couldn’t find it. They told me it might have fallen into the machinery and that they would call me once they closed and cleaned everything. I left my contact information. Later that day, I returned in person after closing time, but they still didn’t find it. I was told they would let me know if anything came up. Unfortunately, I was never contacted. I returned again about a month later, and they only apologized and said they had no information. I understand that this may not be their responsibility. However, I would have really appreciated being informed at the moment they noticed the license plate was loose. It seems it was adjusted instead, and had I been told right away, the loss and everything that followed could likely have been avoided.

These small amounts area easy to miss and they don't tell you it will auto bill when you sign up. You must call in to cancel and no refund eligibility.
