- LSLeRoy Sanchez3 days ago1.0My wifes Grand Cherokee's wheels were recently damaged by the car wash and you guys claim that it couldn't be your machine. We don't parallel park anywhere, and that would be the only other reason that damage to the wheels could have occurred. The main reason we wash our vehicles at your car wash or another car wash like yours is because of the hard water in this region. We tried washing our vehicles at home but we kept having issues with hard water stains. There is not many self service car washes in the area and the ones that are near by are very expensive and do not allow for people to bring buckets and their own sponge. Your car wash does a mediocre job, often misses spots on the rear of the vehicle. Requires that we wipe the missed spots off with a rag that leads to micro scratches and swirls. The drive through car was industry has a monopoly it seems and we are essentially stuck with this for now. If there was a better option I would have taken it already, but I will continue to reluctantly use your services.
