- MPMarcus PrattOct 17, 20251.0They will call you a liar! I never go through the wash at this particular location because I just don’t like the setup when you’re entering the wash. Let me rewind right quick. I went through the wash at this particular location a few months ago and when I came out I noticed that my rim was scratched pretty bad. I initially thought that it had happened at the service center where I get my oil changed. So I went back to the service center and complained that someone scratched my rim. With no hesitation they were apologetic and paid for my rim to be repaired. So, fast forward a couple of months. I was at this particular location vacuuming out my car and decided to go through the wash. Same thing again. Both my rims on the driver’s side were scratched up. I got to the attendant to file a complaint. We went through the filing out the claim process or what not and I was told that someone would be in touch with me soon. I just got the email response today at 11:15 am from claim agent Matt. Matt basically called me a liar saying that there was no way that our state of the art equipment would be able to do such a thing and that it had to happen somewhere else. I will be canceling my membership because why would I make up this when in the photos you can clearly see that my rims are super glossy from being freshly restored and repainted. I attached a screenshot of his response to my claim. I have receipts from when I got the rims restored.
