My order was delivered to Club Carwash on SW Military drive in San Antonio, with the manager and two employees signing for it. However, they now assert that the package is missing, and the manager has failed to respond to an email from the corporate office. When the police department intervened, the manager was conveniently in a meeting and unable to speak with the officer. I have been waiting for two days for a callback from either the manager or corporate, but have received no communication whatsoever. Very frustrating!
