They advised her how much it would be to replace everything, but they also let her know that it was not necessary at this time. The oil drain plug on this was already stripped and the gentlemen at the front desk informed me that it's tricky to get the stripped nut out as the oil pan is aluminum and requires more work than a simple oil change. Eventually, they were able to get it out and put in the replacement Dsnaduo Stainless Steel Magnetic Oil Drain Plug that I had got. They also changed my oil and charged me very reasonably for the work. Highly recommend their work.
