- M2Mr 210Sep 23, 20255.0They opened up on time as their hours stated, and were very professional in their taking my vehicle in on a sudden notice early Monday morning when they opened, have kept me informed of every step they took to diagnose my vehicle via telephone call, and text message where I can see video footage and descriptions of all that was conducted regarding my vehicle I'd say they are very professional in demeanor and work ethic. Brought my 65 Impala here roughly in 2015 or so and they did great work back then and is why I chose them recently to diagnose my truck.

I googled Fiat repair and Auto works(as well as a few additional shops popped up. I called the shop and surprisingly I reached the owner. I explained to him what I needed. He told me to bring it in. He told me they ere closing early for training however he said he would wait until I arrived. They are closing at 4pm I didn't get there until 4:45. The owner met me at the door and reassured me that they would do a diagnostic inspection along with a pricing break down. I was hesitant about the pricing. I didn't want to see a bill for "special air" in my tires. Auto works were fair and efficient. The cost was the cost. No hidden fees or surprises. I will be a long time customer of Auto Works. Thank you Randy and the crew at Auto works.
