Went in October 7th of this year for a window repair on my Fiat (glass intact, not rolling up) that was diagnosed as a motor problem. I was quoted $655 and sensed I was being overcharged but went ahead to see the improvements through as I had already spent an hour there and Randy had GUARANTEED his work. I believed that maybe in the end an investment in his work and WORD would be worth it.
Fast forward six short weeks later and the window broke AGAIN. I called Randy to set up the repair right away and was told he would need to keep the car for two full days (which felt like the start of his resistance in repairing the window).
As a person who needs my car all day for work I was not able to do that til today. I took two days off work and I was eager for him to make right on his repair so I was shocked to find that he was quoting me an additional $700+ to complete the work citing that it was the stripping that was the issue.
I feel he misdiagnosed or incompletely repaired my window the first time resulting in failure of his work just 6 short weeks later. I did not want to go back and forth with him at the shop, but I am SO disappointed and feel really violated by this broken guarantee.
As I was leaving he tried to justify this all stating ”where should he draw the line, should he fix my side mirror if it breaks?”
That felt really offensive as I had not gone back and forth with him at all, had not shown him any disrespect, and only wanted him to make right on his guarantee which in the end was EMPTY.
There are some business transactions that just make you feel violated both in your trust and financially and this was one of them.

Randy and the other staff are very nice and helpful during my experience. My car engine light came on and he not only found the problem but also some other big issues with my car to help maintain it.

They opened up on time as their hours stated, and were very professional in their taking my vehicle in on a sudden notice early Monday morning when they opened, have kept me informed of every step they took to diagnose my vehicle via telephone call, and text message where I can see video footage and descriptions of all that was conducted regarding my vehicle I'd say they are very professional in demeanor and work ethic. Brought my 65 Impala here roughly in 2015 or so and they did great work back then and is why I chose them recently to diagnose my truck.
