  I started my membership here right when they opened and generally had a positive experience. That is, until I went thru the wash today and one of the scrubbers wrapped around my windshield wiper blade and broke it off. No big deal right? Just replace the wiper blade… Nope. The manager’s (Sean) response when I first came in to the office to let them know what happened was to, without a word or even eye contact, just hand a tablet to the young lady who was working there. I’m not gonna lie that dismissive and rude gesture pissed me off. The young lady walked out to my truck with me and was explaining the process of filing a claim and getting my information to do so, and it occurred to me that this would not result in me getting a wiper blade today. It may rain. At that point I said I would just go to the auto parts store down the street and replace it, then bring back the receipt. They could just reimburse me or give me an account credit, again easy enough right? Nope! I put on a wiper blade and came back to talk to Sean (the rude and disrespectful manager) who explained to me that “this is a big company and we can’t just reimburse you” the process is to file a claim, communicate with the claims department, and ultimately get a check in the mail. He never offered to do that this point. He just shrugged and smiled. When I asked if he was the general manager he responded “this is my store!”… while again offering no resolution. I asked to cancel my membership and he couldn’t even do that! I guess it’s not “his store” 😂 He did give me a QR code to cancel though. TLDR; The QuickKar on Sunrise rd is amazing, provides better service, and can potentially replace a wiper blade.

  Tried canceling my Club Car Wash subscription after it auto-renewed on the 10th went in yesterday, waited fifteen minutes, no one at the office. Showed up today, waited another ten, and a lady finally told me to call customer service. Did that immediately, but they flat-out refused to cancel or refund, saying I had to do it on the tenth. The customer service rep was rude, unhelpful, and made the whole experience feel like a scam. Ridiculous way to treat customers. Avoid this place if you value your time and money.

  Very nice car wash. Membership is well worth it. Employees here are always thorough with spraying the truck before it enters the car wash. Good vacuums and a very clean facility. Great service!

  5 stars!!! I was convinced to buy a membership in November and it's almost mid December now and I had only got my car washed twice in the month. I came back today and actually asked if I can just transfer my membership to my other car that I drive way more and he said yes!! I'm so pleased I didn't have to go get my other car and bring it to them just to move my membership to the car I drive more and that's actually dirty more often. Everyone I've interacted with has been so nice!

  AMAZING job every time! I have maintained a car wash subscription at different ‘shops’ this place is far and away the best.
