  These guys are true homies. Came by late on a Friday needed to get some tires replaced on my lady’s scooter and they helped me out right away. Tires I had were an absolute pain to get on/off - they had no complaints and were happy to help. For sure coming back!

  Brought my car in for a full synthetic oil change and tire rotation. The staff was friendly and straightforward, and I appreciated that they explained the condition of my filters and fluids without pressuring me to buy anything extra. The waiting area was clean but the service took a little longer than expected—about 2 hours. Fair pricing and good communication.

  Alex did any amazing just helping me find the right rims for my car at a good rate he also made sure I was well taken care of when my head light wires got fried ! Thank you so much for haveing good people like Alex working at NTB!

  The whole experience was a PITA. I called the day of my install to make sure the tires had arrived, as I had not been notified they were ready. I spoke with someone who was not certain and said he would go check and get back to me. 30 minutes later and I had not heard back. I called again and spoke with someone who said he was the manager. I expressed frustration that I had been left hanging and he really seemed indifferent to that and just wanted me to come in and get the tires installed. It was like he cared more about the sale than the customer experience. I regretfully decided to get the tires installed as I was traveling from Texas to Florida in a few days and was in desperate need of new tires. I dropped the truck off and it took about an hour. When I picked up the truck I was told the total due was nearly $100 more than what I had been told online. The manager tried to tell me that online the install is not included, even though on my email I received, it had a line item and amount for install. He finally relented and came down, but it still was not correct. I had paid a $25 deposit online thus reducing the remaining amount due, but the manager tried to tell me that the deposit had not been taken yet and that I owed the whole amount. I argued and showed that indeed the deposit had been paid and was shown as "paid" on the receipt. The whole experience was very frustrating and clearly not geared to ward building a good customer experience, but more like "let's see how much we can rip this customer off for". I definitely will not be returning in the future.
