  Charlie provided one of the best automotive purchasing experiences we’ve ever had. From the initial phone negotiation to delivery, he was transparent, responsive, and professional. We agreed on terms over the phone, and when we arrived, everything was exactly as discussed. The vehicle was detailed, fueled, and ready for delivery. There were no surprises, which speaks to Charlie’s integrity and follow through. He demonstrated exceptional knowledge of the vehicle, walking us through every major feature, safety system, and technology component. He ensured we were completely comfortable operating the vehicle before leaving and personally assisted us in setting up and connecting the Hyundai app. Charlie made us feel valued and respected throughout the entire process.   This is my third vehicle from Rockwall Clay Cooley Hyundai. In my experience they are the most reliable cars I have owned. The service was excellent from my salesman Andrew to the Sales Manager, Wes. They made this car buying experience very enjoyable. I would highly recommend Clay Cooley Hyundai of Rockwall to anyone looking for a new or even a used vehicle.

  I always said my next car would be brand new, straight off the lot, and Mario helped make that dream a reality! From the moment I walked in, he was incredibly friendly, patient, and professional.   I had such a great experience here! Jorge was knowledgeable, nice, and never pushy. He got straight to the point, made everything clear, and kept the process moving so I wasn’t stuck at the dealership all day. He made the whole experience fast and stress-free.   Man, I wish I could give it zero stars. I had a car on three different occasions they quoted me breaks the first time along with plugs. I brought it back days later with the same issue persisting this time they quoted me a top in repair on the motor $2900 I agreed because they told me that’s what it needed to fix it. I got five minutes down the road the car died bought it back to him. They said yeah it needs a new motor. I said well why didn’t you guys catch this from the start? You’ve had it here three times I’ve driven in a total of 100 miles since you’ve had it. Well we’re sorry. Beware of the service department. I don’t know if they can be trusted.
