  Darrel truly went above and beyond with the service I received. From start to finish, he was professional, attentive, and genuinely cared about making sure everything was done right. He took the time to make sure everything was taken care of, answered every question I had, and made sure I felt confident and taken care of throughout the entire process. It’s rare these days to find someone who operates with such integrity and customer-first mindset. Because of Darrel, he made a not so great sale experience , a great outstanding service experience, and I will absolutely be back and recommend him to others without hesitation.

  I bought my car brand new from this location in 2023 and have always had great service. I would advise everybody to take great care of their cars and if you purchase a new vehicle from Clay Cooley you will definitely receive the customer service you deserve. God bless

  Moved here from Iowa, and have been a Hyundai guy since the 90’s. Clay Cooley Hyundai of Rockwall is by far the best Hyundai Service Center I’ve ever had the pleasure of using for my vehicle service needs. They’re doing right by hitting directly on Hyundai’s vision of aiming for a lifetime partnership with customers by delivering exceptional, value-driven, and sustainable mobility experiences, making service centers key to customer loyalty and satisfaction.   This is by far the best service department in DFW! I did not have a good experience with the a Clay Cooley location in Mesquite to put it mildly and I swore I’d never go to another Clay Cooley dealership after that experience however, the salesman that I met while walking around the floor while waiting for my car to be serviced and the service department folks are top-tier. I genuinely cannot say enough good things about the people who work here! This is definitely where I’ll be buying my next car. I can’t say enough good things about Jennifer, she’s was transparent and very kind. Her husband is the service manager and he is also wonderful. It felt like I was there with family and that’s such a rare thing to find these days. If you are in the area and needing your vehicle serviced I highly recommend Clay Cooley Hyundai of Rockwall! I know it’s where I’ll be taking my car from now on!

  ABSOLUTE WORST CAR-BUYING EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE – STAY FAR AWAY FROM CLAY COOLEY HYUNDAI OF ROCKWALL. If you value honesty, your time, your money, and your sanity, DO NOT set foot in this dealership. They are professional liars wrapped in a fake “family” smile. From the moment you show interest, the salesman will promise you the world: discounts, rebates, anti-theft that’s “supposed to be deducted,” free accessories, whatever it takes to get you to sign. Then, surprise! None of those discounts appear on the final contract, and suddenly there are thousands of dollars in “mandatory” add-ons (extended warranty, protection packages, etc.) that they swear every single customer has to take. When you point out the lies, they shrug and say “finance already printed it” or “that was a mistake.” Classic bait-and-switch. They plaster “Clay Cooley Family Guarantee” all over the place like it means something. It doesn’t. The second your check clears, you cease to exist. Phone calls ignored, texts unread, voicemails never returned. I was promised small parts/accessories would be ordered and installed—no rush, just whenever they come in. It’s been TWO MONTHS. Zero updates, zero parts, zero care. Customer service after the sale is nonexistent. The sales person won’t take your call either. You’re just another commission check to them. This place runs on outright deception and zero accountability. Save yourself the headache, the wasted day, and the thousands of dollars in garbage fees—go literally anywhere else. Rockwall has plenty of honest dealers. Clay Cooley Hyundai is a predatory scam wearing a dealership uniform. Never again. I regret every second I spent in that building.
