    Jenifer and Darold were awesome. I purchased a car at another Clay Cooley location and it needed quite a bit of work when I brought it in. They put me at ease and fixed everything. It is running like new now. My only regret is I wish I had purchased the car from this location so they got the credit for it. Thank you for everything I really appreciate it and will be back!

    Well with career changes, commute change, and family needs I traded in my truck and got a Hyundai Elantra. If you are in need of a vehicle I 100% recommend Clay Cooley Hyundai Of Rockwall and specifically go see Josh Shepard. Experience share because in today's market and economy, finding the good ones matters. We went by Monday and were upfront with Josh, we were exploring options and wanted to see how car seats fit in an Elantra and we needed a long term family car option, and while convenience was great, bells and whistles wasn't the budget we were looking at. He brought a Sport over (2nd package) and was not pushy. Ran some numbers on my trade and a basic quote for an Elantra. We told him while a new one had a ton of benefits with Hyundai warranties, we needed to run some budgeting to see if it was in our wheelhouse or we needed to consider a used. Let us leave no issue, said call when we were ready or if we needed more info. We were happy with the fit, way more spacious then they look. We actually realized after purchasing our jeep 4 seat stroller wagon fit in the trunk, we never imagined it would because many SUV aren't deep enough for it to fit! That night I went on Truecar to activate the Sam's Club Bonus ($110 gift card IF you buy from one of their dealers). We weren't sold yet, just exploring. The true car offer for a vehicle at Clay Cooley came back a bit under the initial quote Josh gave us to take home. Fairness we weren't working out a best price, just out the door before dealing what were we looking at. We didn't waste his time since we were not ready to make a move yet. Josh called the next day and said he saw we pulled a truecar quote, I explained it wasn't intentional and we were just looking. He asked how I felt about that price for the base if he could get us there on the Sport. Mentioned that he would get us a deal where the benefit outweighed a gently used with the added cost of a good warranty. He worked with his manager and got us some great addons and gap added for under our budget (only the ones I asked for and took the rest off). Understood we were working with our bank, no rush no issues. The entire time he didn't push a single thing we didn't want, understood we had a budget and didn't try to get me to pay more for things, but rather saw what he could include in our budget once he got the initial car price down. All were practical pieces for a long term family vehicle that I asked for. Nothing appeared on any of the deal sheets I didn't approve or request. The process at the dealership was just as painless (other then a few technology freezes slowing down the process). The AGREED UPON DEAL THEY SENT VIA OFFICIAL DOCUMENTATION IS WHAT I GOT. Finance made obligatory "we do offer these other items if you want any", but when I communicated we had what we wanted and the Hyundai new car warranties were good for us, not a single fight or push. Respected it and moved on. I did give a shout out to Josh and finance to their manager after. I have never had a team at a dealership respect the purchasing goal and budget as much as they did. To be sent a "here is our deal" even editing it when one copy was a few hundred off to meet initial agreements, and then get that deal with no surprises, was amazing. I've walked out of dealers for "dealer addon" shock versus online price. I never would of imagined I'd walk out with a new car with a lower payment then what I had on my used vehicle in today's economy.
