I’m a longtime Mazda driver, this will be the 5th one I’ve owned since high school and it was by far the worst purchasing experience I’ve ever had. We traded a Mazda6 and I wanted to get some cash out of it ($9.3k) and the rest we put on a new CX-5. When we came back with some paperwork, they didn’t have the check ready and said it would be ready tomorrow, no big deal. Waited for a call the next day, nothing. A few days go by and we hadn’t heard anything, so I call. They say it’ll be a few more days as the check is coming from another dealership. Cool. A few more days, no one contacts us. We head out of town for a week for the holiday's, no one contacts us about this check. Parallel to this, my spouse is texting with the sales rep (always him reaching out to the rep). Last Friday, I had enough and called again that afternoon after the rep said someone would reach out to us (this is three weeks after we purchased the car). The sales manager acts like he doesn’t even know what we are talking about. So he says he’ll call us back (never does) and later that evening, we get an obscure text from the sales rep with a picture of the check. Next morning, they call, and I go pick it up. This is clearly a check that was printed right there in the dealership. Zero apologies from the dealership, zero accountability from anyone there (always pointed the blame at another person or dept). I will avoid this dealership in the future for anything.
I had an amazing experience working with Terry! From start to finish, he was patient, honest, and extremely helpful. He took the time to answer all of my questions, explained everything clearly, and never made me feel rushed or pressured.
Buying a car can be stressful, but Terry made the whole process smooth and comfortable!!! He was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about helping me get the right deal. Communication was great the entire time, and he made sure I understood every step.

I had an excellent experience at Town North Mazda Richardson (Dallas) and couldn’t be happier with leasing my first new car here. The entire process was smooth, transparent, and stress-free. Seva was extremely patient, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all my questions without any pressure, making the experience very comfortable as a first-time leaser. Zack, the manager, was equally supportive and professional, and together they helped me secure an excellent lease deal at a very competitive price. If you’re looking for a trustworthy dealership with fair pricing and a team that truly cares about customers, I highly recommend Town North Mazda.

Purchased a vehicle from this location back in October 2025, the finance process was fine; however, to get the registration was very challenging. I was working with Ashley, at first she kept communicating but eventually stopped replying to my messages. It took over 2 months to get an answer on the status of the registration, while I do understand the process takes time, I don’t appreciate the break in communication. I had to call the place over 10 times just to get to the right person, then had to call back the person in charge of the registration process another handful of times. The way I see things, the process of buying a car incudes making sure you get your registration.

Coming from a family that always touted buy Toyota…
This was my first experience w/ ever having a Mazda.
Even as a prospect , they were not dismissive and I never got the feeling I was a waste of time. Even after multiple visits to look at a CX-90 PHEV 2024 CPO. They explained everything in detail. Demo was solid. We were there late into the evening on a Saturday to complete my purchase, and not once did they rush me. (They also beat my credit union Interest rate) . (750+ score).
Fast forward
The next day, I had scratches I didn’t see at night.
Sales manager let me bring it in a week later and had them taken care of, no fuss…a week later! Typically dealerships will pin it back on the consumer for lack of negligence. But they didn’t . To make it even better, it was my wife who went up there (mind you she was not part of the purchase at all). But they were not dismissive they just took care of it free of charge. That’s bad ass
Now 3 months later ,
My tail light on my new car has water condensation and humidity in it.
Again I went up there with OUT an appointment and kindly explained what I am seeing. Even on a busy day their service director “Easy” said I can take a quick look, did a quick inspection and found nothing was tampered. He found out their was a recall, instead of telling me to wait or reschedule me they took the time to fit me, into the schedule and get it taken care of all before 12:00pm on a Tuesday and warranty out the tail light free of charge for labor and parts.
Bottom line is , usually my Experience with dealerships is they treat you great when your buying . After the purchase the experience tends to go down or it is difficult to get things taken care of when the cx is not at fault.
This dealership continues to exceeds my expectations even after purchase.
I would recommend this dealership over any other off experience alone.
