Excellent service by Mark and his team. They were quick to answer and respond to my calls. The diagnosis of the electrical system was thorough and corrected completely. I highly appreciated the video inspection of the undercarriage of my car during tire rotation. Nice touch! Very nice staff in person. I will be servicing my Mazda here in the future.

DO NOT GO HERE FOR SERVICE! BROUGHT MY CAR IN 11/08 FOR A SOUND THAT WAS BEING MADE DURING BRAKING (NOT BRAKE PADS), AND THE SERVICE ADVISOR, MARK, DID NOT SEND ME A QUOTE OR ADVISE ME OF THE COST. AFTER I GOT THE VIDEO FROM THE TECH, NEXT THING I KNEW HE CALLS ME AND SAYS THE WORK IS DONE AND I OWE X AMOUNT. I WAS NOT MADE AWARE OF EITHER, AND ALL EZ THE SERVICE DIRECTOR HAD TO SAY WAS YOU ARE NOT GETTING YOUR CAR BACK. TOTAL LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

Been coming here for 6 years — great sales team, and I highly recommend Arthur.
However, the service department needs serious improvement. Even with early morning appointments, an oil change with a “multi-point inspection” takes over an hour and half, and today over two hours. They can’t guarantee when it’ll be ready. It feels like the long wait is used to justify their hourly rates, you can’t charge $100 for a 20-minute oil change, so they stretch it out. After six years, it’s clear the inspection is more about upselling than genuine care. For comparison, I had a great experience at Norm Reeves Mazda, the staff was friendlier, and service turnaround was much faster. Customers should have the option to skip the inspection and get a quick, straightforward oil change without the add-ons.
