Long story short they followed us back to her car and we took 3 trips there and back taking a tire to the shop and fixing it. Truly unbelievable and very affordable price.

Wanted to sell me a $220 tire. I took it home as tire was under warranty with another company. It was flat in the morning and I took it to NTB. They repaired tire within 30 minutes. Never a question about tire being repaired. Great service, really nice people. GM was great. I’m never going anywhere else.

While waiting another customer walks in says watch your car I look out and they have the hood up and the trunk open on my car. I'm buying tires why is the hood up? I was told this is what they do funny cause I'm getting tires you have No Business under that hood or in that trunk. I'm taking her car to the dealership to make sure it wasn't tampered with.Sad thing they didn't even finish what they were supposed to do. First time and last time NTB.
