They refused me service and strongly recommended that I go to my dealership to do my oil change because the screw to the drain tube was stripped and that the dealership should fix it. I found it odd because this place is supposed to be a mechanic shop. A stripped screw should be an easy enough job to resolve. Even myself could do it if I had my toolbox and I’m not a mechanic. Either they didn’t want to do the job or they weren’t familiar with doing an oil change on an Audi SQ5. Either way, it was very disappointing because my dealership was a good 45min trip which is why I went here instead. It was closer slightly cheaper. When I pulled in the guy kept asking if I wanted to do any other service besides an oil change. I had to repeat myself twice to reiterate that I only came there for an oil change. I asked him if that was a problem and he responded saying most customers do more than just an oil change which explains a lot. Maybe if I had an issue with my car and had to spend major cash, they would have found a way to fixed that stripped screw. Nonetheless, I went to my dealership and was taken great care of. They too were shocked that I was refused service because of a screw 🤷🏾♀️
