This dealership is extremely unprofessional. It’s nearly impossible to get in contact with anyone when you call, and when you finally do, they either don’t call you back or just send a text. I’ve requested a new service rep multiple times and never received one.
My water pump has been replaced three times in the last three years at this dealership, and it fails every single year. They originally told me I had a severe leak on the timing cover. But once they realized my vehicle was under warranty, they changed their wording to severe seepage—which the warranty company would not cover. It took a lot of back and forth just to get the warranty company to approve the repair, and the lack of transparency from the dealership made the entire process worse.
Most recently, I came in to have my radio screen replaced. My tire light was on, and the dealership didn’t even bother to put air in my tires.
AND they would never provide me with a loaner.
10/10 would NOT recommend this place to anyone.

If you’re looking for a vehicle DO NOT VISIT THIS DEALERSHIP. It was the worst buying experience of my life. From the high pressure sales of trying to get us to buy an extended warranty to the unprofessionalism of the finance department with their good cop, bad cop sales tactics. No appreciation of your business. Be cautious of their false advertising tactics. If you see a vehicle on line accessories will magically disappear when you come in to buy, then they will try to charge you for them! Funny how we were supposed to get running boards but after speaking with the parts department. No order exists! Not surprising! When we left the dealership there was no thank you, no hand shake just a half tank of gas! After all we only purchased a used vehicle!
I will not be returning here. After buying three vehicles, I am livid with the lack of communication, and the dishonesty that comes out of this dealership. In July, one of the sales associates, Ryke, who is no longer there, contacted me in regard to trading in my truck, and we decided to do so. Upon deciding to proceed with the purchase, I inquired with Kha the business manager, who is also no longer there, about Ram Care with the free oil changes and tire rotations and I was told yes, they are included and that it won’t show up right away as there was an issue with the Ram Connect. After being given the run around for 4 months from Val Gutierrez, a customer coordinator, and Meera Mcewen, the finance director, I finally spoke with Mike Abed, the sales manager. He stated that apparently Ram Care was never available, and I was given misinformation, and the fact that it was verbally agreed upon, and Meera stated in writing that she would issue it, they can not do so. If Kha was still employed, he could possibly honor the verbal agreement, but now it’s he said she said. I was told by another staff member, that if I did my research, I would have known that. The amount of swindling that this dealership does is ridiculous. Don’t waste your time if you want to get screwed over. If you do choose the purchase from this dealership, make sure you get every little thing in writing as they will try to swindle their way out of it.

I brought my 2018 Chrysler Pacifica to this service department for some clunking and clicking noises. The repair resolved the primary issue, but seemed to introduce a new one. The service department director, Bret, was very reasonable and accommodating and was more interested in "doing it right" than trying to brush me off and preserve profit. The service department had it for quite a while trying to figure out this new noise and ultimately got it squared away, without charging me (I was prepared to pay, if they convinced me it was in fact a new issue). Bret's commitment to making things right, and going the extra mile definitely goes against many of the negative stereotypes about dealerships. My minivan is nothing special and getting up there in miles, but I will definitely continue to spend money at this service department thanks to the integrity of their director. I also appreciated the hands on engagement by the shop foreman, Chappie. He advised/guided the tech, spent time explaining his process to me, and going for multiple test drives with me so he understood the issue. Finally, not to leave her out, but my service advisor Cassie was fantastic as well.

Just reflecting on what I've had to endure at this dealer over the last 6 months and 4k miles ago. I decided it's best for others to know what you could possibly expect if you take your vehicle here. I brought my ram truck in for an airbag recall. Easy right! I also had the vehicle pulling left slightly and the transmission pan gasket started to leak. So I figured. Where's the best place to take the truck "The dealer", right! Hmmm.. I had them do it since I still have some coverage from am extendedwarranty. Once in there, they sold me a wheel bearing which I agreed to because it did need it. They wanted to sell me a rotor, brakes and like 3 other things. I agreed to the transmission pan and gasket, airbags, wheel bearing, oil change, supplied brakes and rotor for the left side and I think one other thing. I get the vehicle back after 2 or 3 weeks of waiting for it. Dash isn't put back correctly. Front dash panel not installed. I get there and said, is everything good they said, yes! I took it out and when coming to the first light I go to hit the brakes and the the left front caliper locked up almost sending me into the curb doing 50mph on US380. I limped the truck back to the dealer and asked if they had driven the truck, they said the tech had. I said well, the truck pulls very hard left now and locked up the front wheel. I mean, the rotor was smoking badly when I returned to the dealer and smelled like the pads were very, very hot. They kept the truck for another 4 or 5 days maybe just to replace the left brake line. Lets fast forward 6 months or lets say last Saturday. I'm towing 4500 pound trailer about 12 miles and I'm at a light. Light turns green, I press the pedal to go and the transmission revs up to about 2200rpm and slams into gear. The truck wasn't too happy but once it went into gear, I pulled into a gas station and parked it for 1 1/2 days. Popped the hood, checked the dip stick and there was no transmission fluid registering on the stick. Once they were able to call me. They had the truck picked up within an hour. Monday goes by Tuesday goes by. No calls. No text letting me know the status of that they even received the truck or were working on it. Maybe I was expecting too much? I just figured some communication would be established to ensure that if a customer is irritated that there concern is being at least being addressed. I get no calls back on the status. 2 ¹/² day I wait. No word... so about 1pm I start calling, leave work early just to figure out what happened to my truck. I get there and its Lacy! My experience with her has been less than great. I wasn't going to leave a review but after the way (Lacy) treated me when she returned me my keys, I decided, maybe I should! She never communicated with me about my vehicle and her attitude was not professional in the slightest. Nice! Very professional Lacy. I think im going to just find another dealer. Hopefully this helps you decide on which move to make with this dealer. This is just one part of the dealer not the whole experience which is why I left 3 stars. They are just ok.
