If it’s an appointment, I feel like it should get first priority over those who just drive in. However, Jeff over delivered and had it ready within 2 hours, which is better than 3, so I’ll take it. He also ran my jeep through the wash and replaced the recalled headrest on the 2nd row! I truly appreciate it!

The moment I pulled up, Speed was right there waiting—just like he promised—and he actually listened to what I wanted instead of wasting my time. And let me tell you…I drove off in a car I absolutely love. Huge shoutout to Speed for really hearing me out and helping me kick off the new year with a beautiful, spacious ride for me and my family!

Called the nearest Dodge Service center and lo and behold I get CODY a freaking gift from the FCA gods themselves explaining everything. He fixed the hard glitch with a simple reset and was even going to take time out of his day to run outside to help look at it if I wanted to swing by….. what!!! Unbelievable. Now that’s service!! Cody will be my service advisor moving forward, he gained my trust and respect and for that I thank you Cody.

Jimmy was AMAZING he listened to our concerns and what we were looking for. He found us the perfect Jeep Grand Cherokee. He worked with my brother to get pricing down to what he was comfortable with. Jimmy was a professional the entire time but also found ways to connect with my brother on a deeper level. His professionalism and knowledge was exactly what we needed. He didn’t pressure us at all and let us make the decision on our own. Charles in Finance wrapped everything up for us perfectly, & the professionalism carried over to him as well. Overall great experience. Not at all what you usually hear about car dealerships.
