After The Seat Shop reviewed my order, they called me personally to inform me based off the VIN, the color match was not exact and would be one shade off. They gave me the option to proceed or cancel. Unfortunately, I had to cancel as I needed an exact match. They instantly canceled my ordered and provided a refund. I cannot attest to their products but the customer service is top notch. They could have just sent the seat cover and not informed me but they took the time to reach out and let me make a fully informed decision.

I went to purchase a bottom, driver side replacement for my 2016 duramax. The gift card had 250$. The total was 268. At the time, was unable to split the cost, Josh was a huge help. Was able to split the payments into two. And put a discount on the item for the inconvenience. Quality products made from quality people. I’ll shop at the seat shop for all my interior needs!
