Service drive staff sometimes don’t do their jobs properly; when your car is done, they’re supposed to notify you by text message; But somehow they think it’s okay by ignoring and sending text at all. Instead they just have you wait in the lounge like a fool; and they think wasting your time is okay.

This dealership is the best there is! I am on my 7th Mini Cooper and have been to Mini service departments all over the nation. They are all good, but then there is Sewell. I was taking a friend back to the Terrell area and hit a huge hole that damaged my tire to the point it wasn’t drivable. Mini roadside came and picked my car up and gave me a complimentary Uber. That is all Mini but Sewell showed up! They found my replacement tire at another location and still got it sent and the tire replaced. They did all this on July 4th weekend. This happened at 1 am on July 4th and they had my car back to me on a Saturday at 2pm. Ron is my hero! He is so polite and took care of my husband’s Mini with a tire issue as well. If you are looking for great customer service, go to Sewell Mini and ask for Ron!
