The manager Kim and associate Ben demonstrated customer care by meeting their clients’ need and not just trying to sell to the customer. I came in with a fixable punctured tire, after another dealership told me the tire is not repairable. Kim had the tire repaired and at no cost (because I purchased the tire at a different location but same company). For auto tire needs, I recommend to check them out especially if you reside or work in the neighboring area. NTB located at the northeast corner of Custer and Parker.

Not only that, when sitting in the lobby waiting you can see him calling shots and getting all the gears moving around with his peers. It was honestly surprising that he wasn’t a regional manager calling shots for more stores. Definitely the place I’ll be going to for work and personal vehicles!
