  Enterprise asks for feedback....here it is. This location rarely has the car you reserve, so you either wind up in a smaller car or something completely different than what is needed . Their vehicles are not clean compared to what I see at other locations. I took the last vehicle that they had on the lot for this reservation ( not even close to what I had reserved) and the vehicle hadn't even been cleaned and was low on fuel (I mean it really had not been touched since returned... there was $5 in the cup holder and a diaper under the passenger seat with dog hair all over the truck...don't get too excited..I spent $2 of the $5 on a vacuum at a car wash to make sure this filthy truck was presentable to pick up a client in the next day). From my past experiences with this location it's probably not worth complaining about because it would likely just be met with the same condescending and frankly rude comments that several of the women working at the desk make to each other in front of customers waiting in line when someone calls in asking questions about the reservation or having issues with the vehicle. That's unprofessional and completely uncalled for but has happened in front of me on numerous occasions.
