  This was an amazing experience! Ernest worked hard to get me in something I like and within my range. I was SUPER nervous going in but I can out more excited than a kid in a candy store! If you’re in the market for a car I would definitely recommend Kia of Plano!!

  The receptionist at this dealership is, without exaggeration, one of the most unprofessional and unpleasant people I’ve ever had to interact with. The attitude, the dismissiveness, and the complete lack of basic customer service skills shown by her were truly appalling. I was astonished that someone like this is the first point of contact for customers. Every question was met with impatience, every request with an eye-roll so obvious it might as well have been spoken out loud. I’ve dealt with plenty of front-desk staff in my years of buying cars, and never once have I encountered someone so uninterested in doing their job or treating people with a shred of respect. I would like to say the rest of the staff was better, but after that interaction, I left and went somewhere that actually treats paying customers with respect. If management has any interest in keeping customers from walking right back out the door, they seriously need to replace her with someone who can speak to people without attitude, show even the slightest ounce of human decency, and not make customers feel so unwelcome. Whoever thought it was a good idea to put her at the front desk truly should rethink if that is what they want people experiencing the second they enter this dealership.

  My Father in Heaven always leads me in the right direction for what He knows I need. For this testimony, He guided me to Clay Cooley Kia of Plano and hooked me up with Daylon, I told him my situation and all he said was, "I got you". That he did, appreciate you my brother, he and David made sure my prayers were answered.
