I'm sorry, but does your location think it's a punishment to answer questions for potential customers? I called to ask a few questions, I was met with the most bored, monotonous tone with one-word answers. No offer to provide more communication for future questions and concerns and no information about deals going on. Please hire better staff if you actually want people to make purchases at your location.

I brought my Kia Optima, which has over 95,000 miles, to Central Kia of Plano for a multi-point inspection and to fix a few issues, including bubbling window tint. I dropped the car off Monday at 7:15 a.m. and was told I would have it back the same day.
By the end of Monday, I was told the car wouldn’t be ready until Tuesday. That same day and over the next couple of days, we tried repeatedly to reach the service department. No one ever answered the phone. We called the main service line multiple times, left voicemails, and even called the technician’s personal number that was given to us. None of the calls were returned, and we were later told that other customers were also having trouble getting through.
We were calling to add a couple of other issues we noticed, including the rear window not rolling down and the interior passenger light not working.
On Tuesday, we were told the car was ready. When I asked if everything had been fixed, I was told they never received our messages and would need to keep the car another day, with a promise that it would be done by lunchtime the next day.
By Wednesday around 3:00 p.m., after finally getting in touch with someone, we were told the technician working on the car had to leave due to an emergency. We were never notified about this, which caused yet another delay.
We were also told that the interior light bulb had been replaced by another company, which isn’t true. The car was purchased brand new from Central Kia of Plano in 2017 and hasn’t had that work done elsewhere.
On Thursday, we were told the window tint would take an additional two days to fix and would cost $150 since it wasn’t under warranty. The cost itself wasn’t the issue, but this could have been figured out on Monday or Tuesday when we first mentioned it, instead of delaying things even more.
At pickup, the rear window issue still wasn’t fixed, and the tint still wasn’t repaired. While we were not charged for the rear window or back window repair, we were still expecting those items to be completed by pickup, as we were told they would be. The vehicle also wasn’t washed or vacuumed, which is usually included. This was especially frustrating after paying nearly $1,500 for service.
I understand that things happen, but the lack of communication is what really made this a bad experience. I was fine with a short delay, but having my only vehicle gone for four days instead of the one day originally promised was a major inconvenience. Relying on Uber to get back and forth to work for several days was stressful and expensive.

Not sure what the deal is with Clay Cooley Kia. I came in for a test drive of the Sportage hybrid, prestige trim package. Told the sales guy I had a couple other vehicles to consider. They had my cell number and email address... but absolutely ZERO FOLLOW UP. I even told the guy to feel free to contact me in a week if he hadn't heard from me. Crickets.
Oh well, I ended up buying a Lexus at Park Place Plano. I suppose business is so good at Clay Cooley that customers have to beg for one of their vehicles?

Jacob from service was outstanding!! Better than the old workers that I worked with in the past. I came in for a recall on my 2020 Kia Optima, but I explained to Jacob that my check engine light came on after replacing my battery. Jacob voiced my concern to the technician and the technician took a look at it, SAME DAY! Yes my check engine light came back on after driving (which is normal bc it’s happens every time the code is clear. Idk why.) but it’s the thought that I really appreciated. Earnest the sales person was very nice and kind! He checks on me every time I come in.
