    This is by far the worse experience I have had with any car wash. On the day I paid my membership, I put my vehicle to wash, it came out completely scratched with hairline scratches. I went around to make a claim and request a refund and they refused to refund the money. One vehicle that I have not put through, and refuse to expose it to the damage, the company will not return my money either. These car wash companies are thieves. Do not waste your money unless you don't mind having your vehicle all scratched.

    Signed up for their 50% deal but they will scam you and charge you the full amount. When you talk to their customer service, they will not refund you because “their system won’t let them”

    The wash itself was good. My one request to wash, i requested for the side scrubbers to not touch me vehicle which manager told me that it can be done. I sent it through the wash and the equipment made full contact with vehicle. I placed a complaint, manager was apologetic. I’m from out of town but I don’t think I would return to this location.
