    Just bought my new car and couldn’t be happier with how everything went. Coach Bear was awesome! They were friendly, knowledgeable, and never pushy.     I have been a lifelong Honda owner, first with my 2006 Honda Civic and later with my 2018 Honda Civic. Unfortunately, both vehicles developed significant AC issues. Most recently I was informed that the evaporator in my 2018 Civic needs to be replaced, at a cost of $2k out of pocket. What makes things even more frustrating is that I previously had the compressor and condenser shaft replaced under the extended warranty, yet the evaporator was not covered. Given the history or AC problems on both of my Honda vehicles, and the fact that the compressor and condenser had already failed I strongly believe these issues contributed to the evaporator malfunctioning. As a loyal customer who has trusted Honda for many years, it’s disappointing to face such a costly repair on what should be a reliable vehicle.

    We highly recommend Jason Santiago! Jason and the team made the whole process smooth and easy. We love our new CR-V and will definitely encourage friends and family to buy their next car here. Also, after trading in our previous car, we realized we had accidentally left our AirPods behind. Jason went above and beyond by searching for them and overnighting them to us right away. We really appreciate the care and attention we received from Jason and we’re so happy with our entire experience!

    My day on Saturday 2/7/26 was going great I think until I got to Clark Knapp Honda. My son called me to go and see a civic he was getting. I went to got see the can liked it I was looking around and found a civic hatchback. Great I thought mind you we have been there to purchase cars in the past (7) with these (2). Sales person Ivan promising the world to get the sale it was late I agreed to take the car because supposedly Honda had already done a multi point inspection. Not the case. As of 2/7/26 to today 2/21/26 car has been at service 3 times still has a noise when brakes are applied my wife made Ivan aware of the steering wheel and was not fixed. By the way I kept texting Ivan never got any of my questions back I had to be calling him. No customer service after the sale. Customer service has never been the same as back in the day. Then Jake manager got involved and to many sorry he again promise to take care of issues and nothing happened tried to blame me about issue with the car. In called him to get updated on my car all he told me (Good Afternoon, I’m not there today, so I wouldn’t be able to check, but Ivan should be there today) terrible. I asked for Mr. Clark’s email and he said I can’t give it to you. Ivan did even fix the rear wiper he agreed to how sad just wanted to make the sale to get put on the spinning wheel that’s what he cared about. Hope this get to owner. I will try to get his email. No five star on my book today terrible experience. Just for the sale… sad
