  I am a first time buyer at Clark Knapp Honda, and I had such an amazing positive experience! I want to thank my salesman Mr Jason Santiago, and the whole team and Clark Knapp Honda. They were very helpful and went above and beyond. They worked very hard to get me a great deal, and now I am very happy with my 2024 Honda Hrv!!! Such an amazing dealership overall!

  First time using this service department and I couldn't be more pleased. Susan was efficient in getting the process started, explained upcoming services that may have been completed prior to our purchase of this vehicle and how to check so unnecessary services may not need to be done. Once service was completed I was informed quickly and the status of the various items was provide/explained with clarity and comprehensiveness. One of the best experiences with a service department and contact person.

  I had an engine emissions light warning for a second time. The first time, I was told it was related to fuel injection cleaning needed cost more than $350. The second time, only 5 months later, I had to replace my fuel injectors cost more than $1200. Both times I was charged about $170 for diagnostic check which was not waved the second time. Either fuel injection cleaning caused failure of the fuel injectors which is very likely or the initial diagnostic recommending the fuel injection cleaning was not accurate and did not resolve the problem. Either way, I feel I shouldn’t have been charged for either diagnostic checks especially the second one. I have little confidence that they corrected the problem because I read that it is most often a faulty gas cap and my car is cap less so the leak may be from the gas tank. I will not be happy if it turns out to be the gas cap.

  Went to get an oil change. I do wish to disclose I did not buy the car here, I used another dealership. I get to my appointment and the person that handled my service was pleasant at the beginning, that changed when I declined to purchase their recommended services. I know that being a dealership they are usually higher, however some of the things he recommend I actually know how to install so I didn’t get those, others the buyers manual actually recommends to be done at a later time. (I do read the manuals and keep up with my car maintenance) My profile wasn’t completed with them and he asked me for my address and additional info, which I didn’t have readily available and he let out an annoyed sigh which made me feel really uncomfortable. I can guess this was due to my reluctance about the recommended services. I do get it’s a business but certain predatory practices are just not okay. I would have just let it go and not write this review had he not tried making me feel uncomfortable. Due to how I look, I don’t appear my age. I feel people try taking advantage of that and the fact I am a woman that is probably assumed to not know anything about cars. Definitely left a bad impression, there’s actually a really nice sales person that works here I want to work with, due to wanting another car. We couldn’t work a deal the first time, and not to his fault. I will update my review if I decide to give them another chance and buy with them.

  I had the worst experience i took my car for maintenance(free oil change, tire rotation, efficiency, air filter change) I asked how much it would be prior to getting the maintenance done they told me $200 amount (I signed the document which referenced that amount). When I get there after the maintenance was done they were charging me $300. I was confused and asked why I was being charged an extra filter change amount receipt shows air filter , and a/c filter) also they were charging me for supplies! Which was not included in the estimate I signed. I was so upset and my vehicle was not even worked on correctly my vehicle drive to one side. Im so upset I donot recommend taking your vehicle here. This was my first and last time aking it here. They seem scammy and I was thinking about buying a new vehicle I just don't like that they lie and add unnecessary prices. I will continue to take mine to brownsville honda as i never had any issues
