- MCMary CookNov 3, 20255.0I had an excellent experience on Thursday, October 30th with Mario at Enterprise Rent A Car located at 2308-B West Pecan St. I will begin by sharing that on this day, their computer system was down, there were no cars due to an issue with recalled vehicles that had to be returned, waiting on vehicles being delivered, Mario was the ONLY rental agent on duty while I was there, and a lobby full of people, some who had been waiting on vehicles for over an hour and the phone constantly ringing, Mario was consistently apologizing to everyone and assuring us vehicles were on their way. Mario consistently greeted everyone coming in, gave positive feedback to unhappy customers and maintained an extremely professional and friendly manner all while multi-tasking. I have had many great experiences with agents at both Pflugerville locations, however, Mario is a World-Class Professional.
