    I had a confirmed reservation for a car with a scheduled pickup time. I arrived at the location on time and waited patiently until my scheduled pickup time. When I asked the employee at the front desk for an estimate on how much longer I would need to wait, he responded dismissively and rudely, stating that he “didn’t know” and that I simply had to wait with no estimated time provided. When I mentioned that I would like to cancel the reservation due to the delay and lack of communication, the staff member responded unprofessionally with “go ahead and cancel,” showing no concern and offering no assistance. This experience was disappointing and unacceptable for a company that claims to value customer service. I was left without proper support, information, or respect for the time and reservation I had secured.
