I’m not a fan of the aggressive push I always get to buy a monthly membership. I ran into this issue this afternoon and had to say “no” 3 times before she finally let me go after rolling her eyes and saying “fine” in a pretty rude manner.

I have used every Club within 50 miles of ATX so I can confidently say. THIS ONE IS AWFUL. The staff here has a very bad attitude that is a reflection on the even less motivated manager lady. I now drive past this one and to the most excellent one in Round Rock or Manor. Poor maintained, poor service. Travis Kelce is a co-owner of these car washes and actually made a few videos. Since he is very active in scouring out reviews or posts with his name in it, I hope he sees this.

I contacted their corporate and opened a claim. They came back and refuse to pay for any damages. They just lost a loyal customer due to the fact that they don't want to own up to their faulty equipment which caused damages to my vehicle. Horrible customer service.
