I should have never showed him the estimate from the insurance company for the pay off of my car because he took the entire amount. He couldn’t figure out how to get the two warning lights off my dashboard for the headlight. He had my car for over a week and still need more time to figure it out. And the work he did is falling apart. If you have a nice car do not go to this place. He rushes and does terrible work.

I verbally inquired if the quoted repair cost included a new door replacement, and they confirmed it did. When I suggested including this detail in the written contract, the boss dismissed it as unnecessary. However, upon vehicle retrieval, I discovered they had merely repainted the old door instead of replacing it. Upon questioning this discrepancy, the shop denied any agreement to replace the door. The boss subsequently lost their temper and resorted to profanity. This experience serves as a stark reminder to always prioritize written documentation. Never rely solely on verbal assurances. Insist on having all agreed-upon terms explicitly outlined and included in the signed contract.
