As my friend and I sat in line waiting to get to the booth, we watched this very animated young woman talking to the person in the car ahead of us. Had no idea what she was saying but we just kind of chuckled as we watched her sell what looked like a membership to them. Minutes later, our turn. So, I was expecting the same sales process. She asked what type of wash did I want, I said the middle one and was bracing for the upsell. Then she asked was this my first time to the carwash and I replied, Yes. She then offered a complimentary carwash. Shocked and surprised!! I accepted. Just had to come on and say Thank you to this young lady for her kindness at a time when I didn't know I needed it. And it was a great car wash experience. Highly recommend 10/10
