  Frank was fantastic! Fixed everything really quick. And company called ahead of time to give me a good time frame and heads up that he was on the way. Signed up for the membership because of Frank's excellent service and friendly, positive attitude.

  Steve and TJ are very professional. Contact with them is a very pleasant expeience. Jesus replaced the heat unit however did not fix. Someone is coming Monday to look into the wireing.Danial is great , he fixed the heat. He has the. Payment. Thanks for all your help.

  The service we received on our AC service was great. The technician was very professional and showed me everything that was going on with much explanation. No issues with the service part. It was not easy getting ahold of someone in the office at Air Specialist though. After my initial call to schedule service I tried calling back because I had questions and could only get a virtual assistant that would try and put me through to someone else that could help but both times I tried I got cut off and was never able to reach a live person.

  Josh Evans came out for our service call and was amazing! It was a late in the evening weekend call, A/C wasn’t working, and he was prompt, communicative throughout, and got us back up and running in no time. As always a professional interaction, keeping me informed of everything as the worked through it, didn’t try to oversell or upsell, just diagnose and fix. Josh and Air Specialist are a great group to work with. Thanks again!

  Terrible service. I agreed to pay for rush shipping for a part that was going to take 5-7 days to come in because they said it would deliver in 2-4. After taking exactly 2 weeks to come in, I was still expected to pay for the rush shipping which I did not get. After telling the service tech that I didn’t think it was fair or in good faith to charge me for the rush shipping, he suggested that if I didn’t pay it, he might have to uninstall the part. Mind you, I was perfectly willing to pay the $699 inflated “labor” cost for the 20 mins it took him to install that part which was under warranty. I followed up with a manager who told me that there was nothing he was willing to do. He said that the issue was between me and the distributor. I explained that I was doing business with Air Specialist and being charged by Air Specialist. He said that they were just the middle man and that I needed to pay the shipping cost and haggle with their distributor on my own. He also had the audacity to tell me they weren’t in the business of being taken advantage of by customers. At this point I had already paid for everything but the shipping. He said the shipping cost would be a remaining balance on my account and would void any remaining warranty. By the way, the installs my unit which is less than 5 years old and I’ve already had them replace the fan motor and blower motor. Both times the part was under warranty but the labor cost was extremely high. I feel like this is a scam. Either way, I will never do business with them again, nor can I ever recommend them. Unfortunately, I had already recommended them to a family member who used them to replace their entire unit. Buyer beware!!
