The showed me the inside cabin air filter, which was very black, and needed changing and asked if they could. I of course said yes. Seems the dealership missed that on my 30,000 mile maintenance. The manger went over the pricing, which I thought was very fair and reasonable. I'll definitely be returning on my next oil change.
